Peter J. de Visser, B.Comm., C.A.
Peter is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, articled with a predecessor
accounting firm of KPMG and is currently an alternate member of the Technical Forum of the BC Institute
of Chartered Accountants to the British Columbia Securities Commission. Peter is the firm's managing and founding partner.
He has acted on a contract basis as Chief Financial Officer for a TSX listed gold producer, during which time
that company acquired and financed its mine. Peter has also consulted in connection with the
reorganization, reclamation and wind-up of two past producing gold mines.
James D. Gray, B.A., Dipl. T., C.A., C.P.A. (Illinois)
A native of Port Moody, Jim graduated from Simon Fraser University and the BC
Institute of Technology and articled with Burnaby’s HLB Cinnamon, Jang, Willoughby & Co.
prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. After joining DeVisser & Company
the same year, Jim became an Associate in 2000 and a full partner in 2001. Jim is the firm's representative on the
ICABC's Public Company Technical Forum, which liaises with and advises senior staff of the BC Securities Commission.
Jim also completed the two-year In-Depth Tax Course offered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants
in 2002. In a volunteer capacity, Jim serves as Treasurer of
Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia
and is a founding director and Secretary-Treasurer of Geoscience BC,
an applied research NPO formed in 2005.
Brad J. Waddell, B.B.A., C.A.
Brad was born and raised primarily in South Africa before moving to the United Kingdom where he completed high school
and college. Upon immigrating to Vancouver in 1989, he attended Simon Fraser University where he graduated with a Bachelor
of Business Administration in 1993. After articling with KPMG and working for a number of years at D&H Group LLP, a mid-size
firm in Vancouver, he joined De Visser Gray LLP as a partner in 2006.
G. Cameron Dong, C.A.
Cameron was born and raised in Vancouver and graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of
Commerce degree in 1998. After articling with D&H Group LLP in Vancouver, Cameron qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and
continued to work for that firm until joining De Visser Gray LLP as a Partner in August 2009. Cameron has a large range of experience
which includes the conducting of assurance engagements of publicly listed entities, Not-For Profit Organizations, and First Nation
Entities as well as providing consulting and tax planning for Canadian-controlled private corporations and their shareholders.
Cameron also completed the CICA In-depth GAAP course.
