Born and raised in India, Sharn completed her Master of Commerce degree in 2015 before immigrating to Canada in 2017.   She continued her education at Langara College, earning a Post-Degree Diploma in Accounting in 2019.

Sharn joined De Visser Gray LLP in 2022 and obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2024.   She has experience performing and managing assurance engagements for both Canadian and U.S. reporting issuers, with a primary focus on publicly listed junior mining companies.   In addition to her assurance work, Sharn has experience providing accounting and compilation services, as well as corporate and personal tax preparation for publicly listed entities and Canadian-controlled private corporations. She is also actively involved in internal training initiatives and continuous improvement of firm methodologies.

In her spare time, Sharn enjoys staying active, exploring new interests, and taking time to recharge.
